UK Homebuilders

We are seeking insights on UK Homebuilding trends as part of our quarterly research reports into the Real Estate sector. 

We are looking to speak to professionals with current experience as a Construction Project Manager, Building Manager, Contractor or anyone with extensive knowledge of UK homebuilding trends. Specifically, we are interested in speaking to UK contractors who work with large scale developers such as Persimmon, Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, Berkeley, and Bellway for example. 

We are currently scheduling paid 15-min conversations with active industry professionals to get their opinion on the following topics:

• Have you seen any change in the number of new builds versus last year?
• Are you seeing any change in wages and labour rates this year?
• Are you optimistic or pessimistic about the housing market for next year?
• Are you seeing any interesting trends in new build developments? 

Participants will receive payment or a donation to a charity of their choice immediately after the call. Participants will also receive unlimited free access to our quarterly research reports.
