We are seeking insights on restaurant booking trends and dining habits as part of our quarterly research reports into the Travel, Leisure, and Restaurants sector.

We are looking to speak to professionals with current experience as a Restaurant Manager, Deputy Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Owner or anyone with extensive knowledge into booking and dining habits at a restaurant chain.

We are currently scheduling paid 15-min conversations with active industry professionals to get their opinon on the following topics:

• How has the average spend per head changed in the last year?
• Have you seen any change in your cost base in the last year? 
• How has the number of diners visiting your restaurant changed in the last year?
• Have you implemented any price changes in the last year?
